Just Catching Up
Hi guys! I am finally back. Let me catch you up on some things. For one my dad came back, he is still annoying as ever. No life changing event for him while he was gone I guess. Oh well, I didn't expect there to be but it would have been nice. We did end up getting our bird though!! I was really surprised when we got my dad to agree to get it, but we did. I think he felt bad about being gone so long, but either way we still have it. We named him Jackson, and I think that my dad secretly loves him!! Sometimes I will catch him talking to Jackson and calling him a "pretty bird" which is pretty funny if you have seen my dad before. It's also nice to be able to get little luxuries again. While he was gone he wasn't making as much money as he did at the job he had before. Now he has his old job back and we can do things like get ice cream and rent movies again. So in some ways life is getting back to normal. Next weekend I am dying my hair CHOCOLATE brown!! I love this idea because for one I LOVE chocolate, and the color is pretty too. It looks like a reddish brown, and the hairdresser said that it will "really bring out the blue in my eyes". Whatever that means. It sounds nice though so I will just trust the hair dresser and let her do what she does best. I can't believe Christmas is almost here!! I am so excited!! Christmas is one of my favorite holidays! And the presents! I know that sounds completely selfish but I am just saying what everyone else is thinking, you know? Anyways, look out "Santa" my Christmas list is long this year!! -Steph

Hey Steph! That's great that you have your bird. I used to have a bird too. I had two parakeets but they were tweetingto each other all the time which was really annoying but it was so cute because they were in love and always kissedeach onthe beaks. I miss them, but I dont miss cleaning up after them...They were really really messy! Anyway its good that your dad is back with his regular job now. Well I'll see you now.

Your Blog is so cute! I've always wanted to get a bird. What kind of bird did you get? I like Christmas time too but I really only like being off school and with my family. Not saying I don't like getting presents though! But surprisingly my list is fairly short this year. I guess I like surprises better.
Hey Stephanie. The bird sounds cool, I've always kind of wanted a pretty song bird or something. Dying your hair sounds fun! My mom won't let me dye mine, but I totally would if I could. I'm not sure what color though. See you later!!
